The Migrant Workers Protection Society (MWPS) is a Bahraini registered non-profit NGO established in 2005. Our mission is to work towards ensuring low-income expatriate workers have access to basic human rights in Bahrain in accordance with international standards.
We aim to achieve this by creating awareness through education and advocacy, by providing basic necessities to those in need, by offering translation and administrative support services, and by facilitating repatriation for special cases. We depend solely on donations from private companies and individuals to carry out this important work.
A welcome donation of blankets being distributed to low income workers.
RCSI Bahrain students and staff raised funds for MWPS with Movember awareness activities.
Volunteers from AMH and NEC Church provided healthcare services to low-income domestic workers.
